Terms & Conditions

We have a 24 hour notice period for all appointments. If you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment time to someone else who needs it. If we receive less than 24 hours notice we will need to take a charge for the appointment.

Please kindly note as we only offer a limited number of appointment types through online booking we may need to contact you to make changes if our records show you require a different type of appointment than the one you have booked. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible after receiving your booking if this is necessary.

If you have booked a New Patient Consultation then in order to provide your chiropractor with important information in advance, we ask that you please complete your New Patient intake form which will be sent to you ahead of your consultation. If you are unable to complete this form in advance, please arrive 10 minutes before your consultation time so you can complete this form at the clinic.

We are following all current government guidance to create a COVID safe environment in the clinic and we ask for your co-operation to help keep yourself and others safe during your visit. Please note that a face mask or covering must be correctly worn at all times whilst you are in the clinic unless exempt. During your visit you will be required to adhere to all current COVID hygiene procedures.

If you or anyone in your household or support bubble has COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19 including a persistent cough, high temperature/fever or a loss or change in sense of taste or smell then you must not attend the clinic. Likewise, if you have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine you must not attend the clinic. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a future date in this circumstance. Please call us if this applies to you or if you are uncertain.
